Located on the buzzing street of rue Saint-Denis, Brasserie Dubillot first opened its doors this past summer. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, guests can visit anytime from 9 am to midnight. We suggest making a reservation beforehand for dinner, but they do take walk-ins all day.

Believe it or not, over 150 years ago, Brasserie Dubillot was once a brothel. While the interior has been renovated and completely changed from its previous purpose, Brasserie Dubillot still hints at the past. Overall, the building itself has long played a significant role in the history of the Saint-Denis neighborhood.

In fact, the street rue Saint-Denis has its own rich history that is still relevant today. Designed by the Romans in the 1st century, rue Saint-Denis was considered one of the most prestigious streets in all of Paris. In fact, in the middle ages, it would be traveled through by horse-drawn carriages seated with kings after royal crownings while the public views in awe. The cobblestone streets were officially put down in the 14th century, laying down the foundations of the street's prosperous past.
